Terms and Conditions for Reading Quest's Read-a-Thon Website

Introduction: These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Reading Quest's Read-a-Thon website (“Website”) and all services and products provided by Reading Quest (“Services”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website or the Services.

Use of the Website: You may use the Website and the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Fundraising: Reading Quest provides a platform for individuals and organizations to participate in its "Read-a-Thon" events for the purpose of raising funds for Reading Quest. All funds raised through the Website are collected and processed by a third-party payment processor, and Reading Quest has no control over the handling of funds or the security of payment information.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Website and the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
